Root & Remedy: Herbalism for Seasonal Wellness

Ready for the colder months? Discover how medicinal herbs can help support your body through peak cold and flu season!

In this interactive intro workshop, we’ll explore the history and philosophy of herbalism for everyday wellness and prevention, clear up the difference between herbal remedies and homeopathy, and dive into key safety practices. We’ll explore commonly used seasonal herbs—such as Elderberry, Echinacea, Mullein, and Ginger—covering proper preparation, dosage, interactions, and personal health considerations. Wrap up the session with an open Q&A and a cozy, guided tasting featuring 2–3 of the herbs discussed in class!

Tara Framer, CCH, is a Certified Classical Homeopath providing holistic education and consultations in Westchester County, NY, and globally.

Note:

Please note: This class is purely educational and focuses on traditional wellness uses rather than medical diagnosis or treatment. Participants should consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding medical conditions, starting any new herbal regimen, or potential interactions with prescription medications.
